We are pleased to confirm that following the UK's exit from the European Union on 31 January, the European Lead Factory (ELF) will still be able to process the drug target proposals of UK researchers over the coming years.

The announcement was made as part of an official statement from the UK government on UK participation in the EU’s flagship programme, Horizon 2020: “The Withdrawal Agreement means that the UK continues to participate in EU Programmes financed by the 2014-2020 Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) until their closure.”

As such, UK scientists and researchers can continue to participate in Horizon 2020 programmes like ELF for the duration of the project, meaning that screening proposals from UK researchers are still welcome.
